From the internet experience to out the door, 10/10! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Courtesy Palm Harbor. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased and it has been the best experience yet. Sam, Tarah and Chad provided an exceptional, warm, welcoming and efficient experience.

Buying a car can be stressful, unless you find the right people. We found the right people at this place. Ron and Sandi are the right people. From the first phone call with Ron to the delivery with Sandi. It was a great experience. Matter of fact all the people who work there were very kind. We were shopping with my very active 2 year old. The staff was very helpful, they even brought her a little stuffed animal which she loves. I never expected a Honda dealer to have such high level of customer service, we're use to Luxury dealers, but you guys have them beat. My wife said it the best "You guys have restored faith in customer service". Thank you for a great experience.

Don is the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Truly I’m really lucky that he approached me when I was looking for a car. I felt at easy buying my new civic and he made the entire process a breeze even though I had some accommodations that took some time for the both of us to work around. I appreciate the whole staff at courtesy but I really do appreciate the time and effort Don put into making sure I didn’t feel like I was making any mistakes. He followed up with me and answered every single question I had. And if he didn’t know it he would find out and get back to me immediately. He’s literally great and I can’t recommend him enough.
