2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

Everyone at Sports Durst Subaru Jacksonville NC was stellar in being helpful and attentive to our needs in the purchase of our 8th Subaru in our immediate family. It was a very positive memorable customer service experience. Leading the team was the Brand Specialist Macon Barbour, Salesman Cooper Pingreen, John the Business Manager, and General Manager Howard Franks. Plus Hailey, the intern, who can’t be overlooked for taking care of us??

I would definitely recommend Sport Durst Subaru, I leased a 2024 Solterra and the process was above average compared to other dealership experiences I’ve had. My salesman was Justin and he was a chill, friendly guy! Start to finish it took a little longer than I would have liked due to negotiating, BUT at least they were willing to negotiate a bit, these days a lot of dealers do not care if you walk out, they will literally say to your face “if you don’t buy it someone else will” lol, but Sport Durst got the numbers to a place I was happy with. Finance will attempt to push extras, but they don’t go overboard. If you say no they politely explain why they recommend but they don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time if you say no, which I have experienced before and I appreciate Sport Durst for not doing. Something that really impressed me was, when the deal was done it was late, so a couple days later they sent someone to my home at an arranged time to go over the car with me in the comfort of my driveway AND gave me a $25 visa gift card, which I didn’t expect. Very cool! When my lease is up I will likely return to them if they have something that interests me. This is my first Subaru ever and I’m LOVING it so I’m sure something they have will catch my eye!

Firstly, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Cindy in Services. She was so sweet and amazing. This place is great! I only got services done, but they fit me in within two business days of when I called. They offered me a loaner car since it would need a lot of work, but they also finished it in less than a week even though it required three different services. Cindy was super helpful and could tell me what would happen and how much the cost would be. The dealership is small but nice inside. They have a separate waiting area with coffee and drinks and plenty of seats and tables. They were quick to get me in and out with check-in and check-out. Extremely friendly staff, always smiling and positive! They even vacuumed the front floors of my car before I picked it up and Cindy left me an amazing HANDWRITTEN letter. It has that great small dealership feel with the professionalism and timeliness of a big dealership. I recommend this dealership to anyone with a Subaru in the Wilmington/Hampstead/Topsail/Jacksonville area!!! I will be coming back for all of my Subaru needs!
