2022 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

Ethan was awesome and very helpful though out the entire process. Even the guy who did my financing was great. The only thing that upset me and is why issued 3 stars and not 5 is the detailing done on my truck was half ass done. I bought a truck that had just been traded in. It was really dirty needed tires, windshield and an inspection done on it. Signed for on Thursday didn't get until Monday because of the things that needed done before I could have. I understand that the floor mats would probably need replaced. However they just did a quick lazy last minute wipe down on Monday night when I picked it up. A little frustrating. Update. I had to take my truck in to get a new windshield. While they had my truck they took the time to detail it again and did an amazing job.

Our family of 6 left Manitoba Canada for holidays to Southern California. Unfortunately, our drive shaft support bearing, went on us. We spent the night in Dickinson, and my husband went to Red Rock Monday morning for 7:30 am. We were so happy and relieved to be back on the road by noon Monday! They kept us up to date and were very quick and helpful with the repair! Thank you very much for the quick service!

We were grateful Red Rock Ford’s service dept could help when we had an issue on the way to Glacier National Park. The nicest people and a very clean, new facility. Geri-Anne got us in right away, part was ordered and arrived next morning. We had another issue that was discovered and had to wait another day. As soon as the part came in they completed the work and we were on the road by noon. Thanks to the great employees of Red Rock Ford!
