From start to finish, Joe P., my service representative, was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. I received a clear summary of the root cause of the noise, along with another issue they noticed, all explained in a way that was easy to understand. I historically hate bringing my car to the dealership, as it often feels overpriced, but I cannot say enough about my recent experiences at the Honda Cambridge dealership. I had to take my car in twice this summer and both times the service was outstanding. Joe was personable, friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. He took extra time and care to make sure I knew what was happening with my car, and was very willing to explain it to me multiple times to make sure I understood. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and never pressured me to do work that could wait. He listened to my concerns and treated me with respect - not something I always find with mechanics, especially as a woman who has limited knowledge about cars. The service was fast and they fixed the problems I brought the car in for. They restored my respect for mechanics and the dealership! Really great experience. Thank you!
