The purchase process was so smooth. Because we live 120 miles away, Efren even offered to drive the car to us. Our time was treated as valuable and not wasted. Most of the transaction was accomplished over the phone. Michael handled the paperwork quickly and his explanations were truthful. Efren gave us all the training and info we needed to start enjoying the car immediately. I would never hesitate to buy a car at this dealership.
