Had excellent service from Tendai and all staff. The entire process was very smooth. They gave me good value on my trade in, within $1000 of what autotrader recommended, and the paperwork was well explained. I believe Bill was his name caught an error and I paid way less in taxes, and everyone was very friendly and not pushy or sleazy. I met 3 people and probably shook their hands 5 times each lol I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. I'd rate them 100/100 if I could.
