2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

First time dealing with Ganley Auto Group, and initially I became very frustrated. I contacted the dealership from Atlanta concerning a 2018 GMC Sierra. Salesman Frank Frazza advised vehicle was available. I submitted paperwork deal went through, 2 weeks later I fly to Ohio to pick up the truck and the front tire needed repair. During the test drive airbag light came on. Being it was a holiday weekend the part needed for the airbag was unavailable. Nik the sales manager flew my wife and I back to Atlanta, He had the tire & airbag repaired. Two weeks later the truck arrives in Atlanta. My wife drives it home and the transmission has an issue. I contact Nik he advised to take it to a Chevrolet/GMC dealership for repair and they will handle it. I take it Carl Black Buick GMC here in Atlanta. Steve the service advisor says a simple fluid flush for the transmission and it needed a battery. He contacted Nik, they came to terms and Ganley took care of the repairs and gave me $500 towards the purchase of new tires. My final comment is Ganley Chevrolet made it RIGHT! Thank you Frank Frazza, Matt Ingersoll and Nik Stuart! You’ve redeemed my confidence in the car buying experience!
