2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

I purchased my vehicle for my bday in July and never imagined getting a Lexus because I was a Nissan girl BUT since I stepped in the dealership, I felt welcomed as not just a customer. They have a great sales team! Chris and his service team at Lexus are the best! They always take care of my vehicle! When I call, they get me right in and when my vehicle is being serviced, they take their time but still gets me in and out. They are a great team!

Never imagined I would find the truck I spent a year looking for at a Lexus dealership. This truck showed up in a saved search on CarGurus. It was close to what I wanted 1 owner, low mileage. But was a new arrival and No pictures when I check the add out. A few days passed and I checked for pictures, and still no photos, I noticed it was a dealership, I checked the dealer website and no pictures. On Friday I decided to call after work to see if it was still available and was informed it was, I informed them I wished to come up Saturday approximately noon to look at the truck and was told to come on up. Desmond called me as I was leaving my house for the 1.5 hr. drive, to inquire if I was still interested, I told him I was on my way, he informed they would have it out and ready. When I arrived, the truck was out front, I went in and asked for Desmond. Desmond was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions, was very patient as I looked the vehicle over meticulously. I work on my own vehicles and build large engines for a living, so I am very familiar with how and what I needed to look over to make sure it was in the shape it was advertised. the test drive I told Desmond I was very interested in the truck, but I would like to look over the underside of the truck. He went to the service Manager with my request and told me to give them a little time and they would get it ready for me. After a little time went by, we went to the service bay where it was on a lift and ready to be inspected. After I was satisfied with what I saw, and a mechanic answered the only question I had I told Desmond to give me the final #'s on the truck. After a little negotiation, they agreed to my final offer. Desmond was awesome to deal with, it was more like hanging out with a friend than buying a truck. The Service manager and team were awesome and did not hesitate to accommodate my request to look at the underside of the truck. The finance guy Joe was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything very well and answered all questions with plenty of detail. At the end of it all I am beyond pleased with my experience with this dealership and its staff and will definitely recommend them to others and when I am ready for another vehicle, I will be checking with them first!!
