I took my truck in for service this week to Faulkner and had the best service experience I have ever had at a dealer. My service advisor Ashley did such a great job explaining all repairs and issues that needed to be addressed. She answered any and all questions I had for her, with patience and great knowledge, which gave me such peace of mind. The informative video walk through of my vehicle was awesome to see and communication in general was a breeze.
