We came here to purchase our new 2023 Honda Pilot Elite. Overall very good customer service. We reserved our Pilot on their website since we are out of state. Pamela was very nice! Also Uriel was an amazing sales man.Explained the whole vehicle to us. Buying process was easy, simple and fast. Thank you for the amazing vehicle!

If I could give Bill Pearce a sixth star I would ?! I just turned 70 on Dec. 1 and really needed something uplifting as my existing transportation was wholly unreliable and in my view unsafe to drive, beforehand I had a 2004 Acura TL I purchased for cash & I absolutely loved, however, that vehicle sacrificed itself saving my life in a terrifying accident. Previously I had a 1994 Honda Accord EX that I had purchased and financed thru my Credit Union at the ridiculously low rate of 1.2% on a 20K loan. Circumstances were such that in 2005 I nearly died after a disabling illness, that process and what followed, exhausting my assets, my home, all savings & investments, retirement, 401s you name it awaiting SSDI. I had a credit score in the high 800's then nosediving into the low 500's after bankruptcy and even worse, some collections. Needless to say I was not in great shape I basically had no credit history after 10 years but after just a few months of obtaining a secured card, and a paltry credit card with a 500 dollar limit I inched my credit score back over 600. I went to Bill Pearce Honda and explained my situation, I'm not sure if they had any record or remembrance of me but I sure did have one of them. I have purchased and had serviced nearly a dozen new cars in the last 50+ years in two different states some with great sales and rotten service or lousy sales with great service but never both with high marks or at least that was until I purchased my 94 Accord. Never have I experienced such authenticity and an excellent commitment to sales and service that valued me. Integrity is generally not a term one can readily associate with most any industry these days let alone the automobile industry. I came back to Bill Pearce telling them my situation and why I returned to them and that I could see no reason why I would consider going anywhere else as I seriously valued their integrity and attention to my needs. To make this long story somewhat shorter my salesman Uriel Tello as well as his boss bent over backwards to get me an astounding dea on the exact vehicle I desired along with awesome financing that my soon to be ex-Credit Union wouldn't touch. All in all I can't praise Bill Pearce Honda enough, I just can't see any reason to go anywhere else! Go see Uriel and tell him Kim sent you, you'll be glad you did!

Excellent Service from the staff at Bill Pearce Honda. I could have bought a vehicle in Las Vegas, but Bill Pearce Honda had what I needed. They even arranged shipping. Excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
