Wow! Amazing customer service. We were vacationing in the Rapid City area, from Oklahoma City, when the transmission on our 2018 Chevy Silverado went out. Tim Howard in your Service Department went above and beyond to help us out. He hooked us up with the towing company you use, great experience there as well, and while we were getting towed to your shop, Tim was on the phone trying to find rental car options for us. He even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, and not stranded in Rapid City. I can't say enough good things about Tim. You even had the right transmission in stock!! Thanks to Tim and your great service department we were able to continue with our vacation plans with very little disruption to our itinerary.
This is our second purchase from Denny Menholt. From start to finish the experience is great and easy. Steve is an amazing salesman that has sold us two cars. He goes above and beyond from sending us information, pictures and even videos of vehicles that we may be interested in.
