I want to start off with saying I received 5 star service from the point from which I walked in up until the car was bought. The woman at the door was polite and immediately helpful connecting me with Imani. Imani approached me with a warm welcoming smile and was extremely kind and helpful. Imani jumped right into action letting me know the car I was looking for was sold but she had some other great options for me to check out based of what my wife and I wanted. Even though I did homework on the cars prior to coming in, Imani was knowledgeable on the vehicles at Burns Honda and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She even informed me about vehicles I wasn’t interested in just to give me a full scope of everything they have to offer. The sales manager was also very kind and informative and made the finalizing process smooth.
