Exceptional service from start to finish! The team at Faulkner went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I expected it to be a stressful and pressure filled experience. The dealership atmosphere was welcoming, and we never felt pressured. We intended to look at different models before making a decision, but they gave me a very fair price on the car, and we felt comfortable enough with them to buy a car from them on the spot. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Faulkner Honda of Doylestown. I went in wanting to trade my 10 yr old Honda CR-V for a newer vehicle. I was promptly greeted at the door by a gentleman named Gene. I told him what I was looking for, what I had to put down- plus, what I could get for trade in. Gene swiftly got to searching inventory to find a vehicle that would work best for me. We tried a couple vehicles before finally looking at a beautiful 2021 Honda CR-V. I fell in love. Gene and Dan did everything in there power to get me the vehicle I wanted. Also to note, they respected where I wanted to be with my monthly payment. The entire time they never once made me feel pressured which is such a good feeling when buying a car. I appreciated that while working with Gene, didn't just feel like a sales pitch. It was nice to have genuine conversation with a stranger. It's a rare thing these days. Well anyway, they made it happen!
