2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

I've had a lot of experience at various car dealerships in multiple states and I can honestly say that my experience at Romeo takes the cake. From the start, they (Brianna & my salesman, Craig) provided excellent communication, were knowledgeable, considerate, and accommodating. Craig Picca provided updates on the 4Runner I was looking for, worked tirelessly on finding the exact SUV that I wanted, and was always patient even when I probably asked too many questions. The sales manager, Heath, was super honest, gave me an awesome trade deal for my car, and was also very friendly to me and my family. Finally, when my new 4Runner arrived- the big day- it couldn't have gone any better. Craig had everything ready for us before we arrived and Kyle, the finance guy, had us in and out of there in no time. Basically, it was a very positive experience overall, and I'm so grateful to them for their hard work, dedication to customer service, and great attitudes. They will definitely have my business in the future!

I had a great experience buying a Corolla hatchback at Romeo Toyota! My salesmen was Jamie Potter and he was very informative and helpful. He went out of his way to answer my questions and assist me. Just a really nice person overall! The manager and finance assistant were very kind also. I bought the car (which was a great deal!) that day, and the paperwork got completed and I drove it home with a smile and much confidence in this Glens Falls dealership. I cannot say enough, such a great experience trading in a leased 2021 RAV4 to a 2024 Corolla AWD hybrid!! Jamie Potter was very insightful and very informative and knows what he is talking about.
