Nicole L in sales and Mike I in finance were absolutely amazing to work with, ask for them, and they'll hook you up. I was in the market for an RS3. Audi Valencia's website had one in inventory with options and color I'd be happy with, so I called them up. I figured it was a long shot, partially because I'm based in OC and most sales folks really want you to come in to haggle, and partially because these are cars are hard to get. Nicole was an absolute joy to work with and really hustled to get me a deal that I was very happy with. Mike was also super professional and not overly pushy with added packages unlike most finance managers. And we did everything over the phone and online. Nicole actually drove down to OC to deliver me the vehicle. I paid a $2k markup, but I got the deal I wanted and felt that was reasonable, considering a custom build would have taken 6-8 months from a local dealer. Even if I did have to wait for a custom build, I'd still consider Audi Valencia, despite the distance. They were that awesome to work with.
