About a month after purchasing it the sunroof would make a load vibrating sound and my auto start/stop was not working either. I just purchased my 3rd car from Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more professional, helpful experience !!! Upon my arrival, I met with MaCall Davis who test drove an Escape with me and gave me very honest answers to a ton of questions. She knew my heart was set on a Bronco but as of that morning, there wasn’t one available at the special Ford interest rate I needed. Just as I was about to purchase the Escape, she ran back to Cesar, who helped me with the actual sale, and informed me of a Bronco that had come in that afternoon from another dealer and made my day. I continued working with Cesar who was one of the nicest, genuine, super knowledgeable salespeople and continued my excellent experience.
