The most professional salesperson I have dealt with in 50+ years Baylee Massey was tremendous. The complete experience with the dealership was fantastic. I reviewed a car online on Sunday night. By Monday morning, Baylee called me to share with me what the dealership had. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she knew that I wanted the out the door price. She quickly talked to her manager, got the out the door price and it was perfect. The vehicle was ready that day. When I picked the vehicle up it was very clean and shiny with a full tank of gas setting inside out of the weather. There was no high-pressure. There were no tricks or add-ons that I did not know about. I felt like I was respected and appreciated. And I felt like one of the family there. My family and I drove three hours to see the car, 30 minutes to purchase the car, 30 minutes for Dinner, and 3 hours to drive home. It was an especially great day and experience. If I ever need an another Honda I will definitely contact Pinegar Honda and hopefully Baylee can help me again.
