Some of us have experienced a car dealership scenario where you get pressured and you go home incomplete instead of being happy. When we went to Little Apple, I came up with a simple game plan with 0 down and my husband was going to meet me there. Joe was our representative and I guess his game plan was even better than mines! He simply asked us what car were interested in and showed us what they have. We were very particular with a color and they end up not having it but offered to look at other location. We gave him a ball park of what we were willing and comfortable of paying monthly based on the price and when we settled we put a deposit to have the car ship to the dealership. Overall, we were very satisfied, Joe didn’t have to pressure us on anything and didn’t have to talk us to getting any other than what we plan to get for our family! I highly recommend them for their professionalism the ease of communicating with him. The best part was getting called back to re-sign some paperworks and have our monthly payment lowered that what was originally offered!
Everybody at Little Apple Cars was so helpful, but Bob Bishop really made my visit! He made it so easy to buy my car. I was in a rush and needed a car urgently, and he was very transparent with the price. He didn’t try to upsell me at all. He was open to any questions I had for him and was easy to reach throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend. Easily the best dealership experience I have had!
Overall very happy with the service we received from the Service Department, specifically Mark. We live out of state and had taken the car into two different shops, had 3 serpentine belt replacements, taken it in several times over a few months for re-checks, and still the car squealed. Thankfully we found Little Apple and they were quickly able to diagnose poor work by a previous shop. The communication, efficiency, and empathy Mark demonstrated made this mom with a child out of state feel at ease and comfortable. He truly went the extra mile for us and we can't recommend this shop more!
