2019 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition

We purchased a new 4Runner here. Our salesman Scott was a great guy. He's extremely welcoming, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I felt like he really cared about his customers throughout the entire sales process. Billy, one of the finance managers, was professional, friendly, and was very respectful. The General Sales Manager, Keri, who reached out to me prior to heading to the dealership, was helpful throughout the new vehicle "search phase." My experience at Andy Mohr was excellent!!!! From the moment I got to the parking lot I was greeted by the most kind and professional sales technician Justin Spencer. He assured me that everything would be fine. He was able to close the deal in a timely manner. I made an awesome decision coming here. Caleb Derbyshire was the person I worked with and he helped me tremendously on finding a great reliable car as I was a first time buyer. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very understanding of my situation and let me try the various models, sometimes more than once even to compare my preferences and to simply get a better feel for them all. Once everything was said and done there, Billy Gamble in the finance department made usually the tedious part very enjoyable and broke down/educated me on everything I needed to know on the payment side. Keri as well in management also went above and beyond to make sure my needs were accommodated! Without making this review too lengthy it was a very pleasurable experience! ????
