Went into Star Auto to purchase a SUV. I have to say my salesmen Alex was fantastic. He made the whole experience so stress free and enjoyable. They have a great selection of vehicles. For starters, all of the staff here are extremely kind and helpful. I worked with Hailie and she was very sweet, very helpful and super informative. There was no haggling, no hounding or any pressure here. They easily took care of the financing application and also the finance manager explained everything in depth upon signing and my vehicle is nothing short of beautiful and well taken care of. I highly recommend, especially to woman buyers, this location!

Purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Lat. plus earlier this week. I had the pleasure of working with Alex during my car buying experience. He's extremely easy to interact with (this coming from the world's most Anxiety ridden human) and extremely knowledgeable about trim levels, financing, well about cars in general. From the beginning of my purchase to the end, he was AMAZING! He kept me well informed of everything during the purchasing/financing process. He actually listened to my needs in a vehicle, financing needs and was there to address even the smallest questions or concerns I may have had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend Alex and the rest of the Star Auto staff. Trust me when I say do not pass on this place. They go above and beyond! My one complaint: I think they must have used every last ounce of Armor All in existence while detailing my car ????????. Honestly, just a joke, but thought I would mention haha.
