2014 Acura MDX w/Technology Package

My Sprinter van needed a new transmission and they took care of all my requests. The service advisor, Kelsey was easy to communicate with and made sure my needs are met. I'd only ask for future to be the one contacted as opposed to me being the one looking for the updates but regardless, she was super polite and positive minded. The transmission was going to take way longer to arrive from Germany so they found another new transmission from elsewhere so I'm back in business a lot sooner. The tech that came out to speak with me was very informative on how to care for a diesel vehicle as I've never had one before. I don't remember his name, but please send my compliments again.
