2014 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Technology Package

Excellent service, excellent vehicle, and NO HIDDEN FEE. No bait and switch, no theatrics, none of it. The all-inclusive out the door cost I received over the phone before I came for the vehicle is what I paid. Those out there shopping for vehicles will know that this type of transparency is hard to come by and highly appreciated. Good job Ashley, Marvin (Starvin Marvin!), and Sharita. Much success to you. 3/22 update: I applaud the team for managing me through my anxiety in waiting for the permanent plates, registration and title. I was worried I'd end up having the temp plates expire and both Sharita and Ashley did a great job of reassuring me that all will be well, and then delivering on that. Good stuff!

I have to say, best used car place out there!! I just purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna LE from there yesterday and I’ve been scoping these vans out for a while and even looked at some other ones at other places that were fair deals, however every time it would be like trying to get the gold from the snake’s den in Indiana Jones and I would always walk out disgruntled by a nasty scumbag salesman. But absolutely not the case here! I had a very pleasant experience and Ashley and Bobby were awesome to work with! They said the car was in great shape but that I could take it to a mechanic to get inspected if I wanted. Sure enough I did so and they said it was perfect. I’ve been driving it around and it’s been a very solid car and I love it. I was going in skeptical at first from my previous bad experiences but I walked out having a wonderful first car buying experience, thanks to their very friendly and amazing staff. Every part of it was seamless and easy and we even had a couple laughs here and there. I would definitely buy a car from them again and I highly recommend this place!!!

Let me tell yall about my experience with iautomallnj. We saw this vehicle online and drove there to check it out.....only problem is the vehicle we went to see, there were so many other options when we arrived, we were scoping maybe 2 or 3 others, even though I know where my fiancée's heart was!!! You have Ashley & Sharita, phenomenal young ladies with more knowledge than a lil' bit!! Nothing but positive energy, personable, friendly, very accommodating and just all out professional. They know how to handle business and get you in and out at a quick pace. It was well worth the trip! I appreciate you ladies and will definitely do business with you in the future, when looking for another used vehicle. It was a pleasure meeting you both!!!
