2017 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Technology Package

I bought a 2021 BMW M550i from Hurst Autoplex in November 2023 and I am very happy with the customer service and buying experience. Bought my 24 F450 limited from them, had them do a few things to it custom wise and they did amazing with it. LA Wickham was absolutely awesome to work with. His communication was excellent, he kept me updated every step of the way. Answered any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. He even went above and beyond and picked me and my son up from the airport when I flew in to pick it up. Would highly suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to work with them especially LA.

Went out last night looking for a vehicle for my beloved wife…..we stopped at Hurst Autoplex…. Wow the selection is amazing here!!!!!! Like a kid in a candy store!!! Lon Wickham was amazing from the moment we met and shook hands. Lon Knew all the answers to questions we had along with the stress free car browsing experience. He stepped in when we needed him and knew when to let my wife and I get comfortable looking at vehicles. He was honest up front and I can say this because of my previous experience from another dealership. Manager and finance were also up front with us and made the deal we chose work beautifully for our needs. I will bring the vehicle back on Saturday for a nice clean up as we ran out of time last night for it but wow is this vehicle amazing!!!We are 3 years in Texas now, all our future purchases will now be here!
