I want to say thankyou to the van horn team in sheboygan. Especially to JIM PARKER and his partner AUSTIN for helping me through a super stressful time. I recently bought a 02 ford explorer and thought I got a great deal, however there was a bunch of hidden issues that showed them selves a shortly after. So I decided that it's time for a new car. This is my first new car since I'm only 20. Jim not only stayed late on a Saturday but the Monday after he helped me purchase the most amazing car ever! Austin is getting trained on how to get into the sales business and in my opinion he was very professional overall will differ go back. I 100% recommend asking for Jim and Austin's assistance. Jim Parker was our salesman. During phone calls while we were deciding about the car, Jim was professional, responsive, and well informed about the car. He gained our trust. We flew to Milwaukee to get the car. He was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and drive us to Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan to complete the sale. The hour drive gave us time to get to know him, making it a pleasant experience. When we got to the dealership, he had all the paperwork organized for a quick turn over. I originally purchased a 2017 sonata from here a year and a half ago. I was just really unhappy with the car overall. It just wasn't the car for me.
