I wish I could give this place more than five stars. I never leave reviews and knew I had to for them! From start to finish every person we came in contact with has been amazing! From pulling the vehicle we wanted ahead of time due to a long commute, test driving and explanations from our salesman Javier, numbers discussions with Jay, final financing and warranties with Trey, FAST follow up and coordination of after market accessories with Mitch, just top notch service. We’ve been Ford owners forever and after this experience and how much I love my new GMC we’ll never ever go back. Thanks so much, Covert!

I recently purchased a vehicle online from this dealership and was skeptical of the process being my first time doing this. I was contacted by Tyler Rodriguez shortly after requesting info on a truck. He was very helpful answering questions I had and sent me additional pictures and videos of the truck so it felt as if I was seeing it in person. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure things were addressed and fixed prior to them sending the truck to me (2.5hrs away). He went the extra step to make sure the process was smooth and I was happy with my purchase. This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever done especially without even stepping foot in the dealership. Once everything was ready and paperwork was done, Tyler sent me additional pictures to verify I was pleased with the truck. His team drove the new truck to my house, hopped in my trade in and took it back to the dealership. If you’re on the fence of buying online like I was, I’d say give it a shot after how smooth this experience was. I’ll be taking my business to them in the future with purchases. During this process I received phone calls from managers and even the owner making sure I was pleased with how everything was going and if needs were being met.
