I feel as though the service advisor could do better. I only saw and or spoke to him once when I arrived. He never came back and told me my truck was ready or went over any post inspection report. Every other dealership I’ve used has done this. The receptionist was extremely nice and even helped me find my truck because the advisor never told me or any of the front desk staff where it had been parked. I’m completely satisfied with the work done just not with the advisor. This is an area that can be improved upon.
I typically do a lot of online shopping, so I found the car that I wanted first. I called a day before physically going to the dealership. James Hopkins answered the phone with enthusiasm and reassured me that the car I was inquiring about was there. Upon arrival, all of the staff members were friendly and professional. Every team member greeted us, offered beverages, and snacks. I made a two hour drive to visit Phil Moore Buick dealership and the hospitality from everyone made it worth the drive. I felt like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.
Great experience my salesman Amos was very good he didn’t pressure me and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased the sales manager Steve was great also. They will have me coming back to PhilMoore the next time I look to purchase an auto
