2022 Buick Enclave Essence AWD

Got me in for a flat tire from out of town. They moved a lot of people in and out of their service department quickly. Had a nice bathroom. Fresh cookies, pop machine, coffee, kids area, TV, cushioned chairs. I didn’t see a vending machine or other food options but there could have been. From tow truck to driving off the lot its was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have an EV and they had to go send someone to get a tire from a warehouse otherwise it would have been faster. Everyone else was in and out much quicker to give you an idea.

Lots of choices on colors , options. Our new Chevrolet is so comfortable for my arthritis. Options galore. We found what we were looking for at Billion. 90 miles from our hometown. Griffin was a A+ salesman and got us all setup. Thanks Billion Auto !!!

Loved my entire experience with Billion Collision. Two years ago I had a disagreement with a pole dying a winter blizzard. They promptly fixed up my poor Equinox to good as new. Upon receiving my vehicle back, they mentioned a paint warranty covering the newly painted replaced body parts. Well after about a year I noticed some pealing on the clear coat. Obviously wasn’t thrilled about that but upon heading there, they looked at it, walked inside, and got me on the schedule with a complimentary loaner car. No hassle, no interrogation, no cost, and no fine print shenanigans. Then while doing an oil change this month I spotted some new clear coat pealing on my bumper again. Once again I walked in, they came out and verified the issues, and same exact service came through once again. Immediately on their schedule days later, complimentary loaner car, and no hassle. I also had a few chips that occurred with some unfortunate loose Interstate-80 debris. Since it was already going to be in the shop I asked for a quote out of pocket for the few minor scratches I caused to be fixed. While I ultimately refused to go through with their quoted price, Dustin offered another option. He graciously offered to at least cover the bare exposed metal with some leftover matched paint after fixing the warranty repaint panels for free to prevent rusting!! Three days later I got my baby back, and she’s good as new! And they did a fabulous job on the free touch ups too! May seem ironic to give them 5 stars since I’ve had to have it repainted 3 times. I did 5 stars because Dustin explained the paint is warrantied by the manufacturer so hopefully I got some bad batches in the past causing the peeling. But their service staff and free, no hassle policy, with addressing the defective paint peeling issues earns them a 5 stars in my book! Though, fingers crossed, I’m hoping this will be my last time having to drive my equinox there with any clear coat issues.
