An incredible first experience. My service advisor, Caleb, was friendly, responsive, and made me feel extremely welcome. My oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time, they washed my car and sent me on my way. I was very happy with the experience.

We went to several dealerships looking for a used RX 350 with certain features and history, and no one bothered to call us back and attempt to provide any decent customer service. We decided to stop in at Lexus of Tucson because we were close by and met Kris Bowman. We explained what we were looking for and that we were not in a hurry and he said he would keep an eye out and would be in touch. That same week, he contacted us about one that was coming in as a trade that fit the bill! The customer service did not stop there, they put new tires on it (the ones we asked for), did the upcoming maintenance on it, replaced the floor mats and wipers, got it detailed and made the buying experience very simple. We also got the forever warranty for free! When we left the dealership we knew we would have to bring it back to fix a small tear in the leather, which we were okay with, but the next day after we picked it up we noticed a crack in the housing on one of the side mirrors, so we contacted Kris and he got us set up with Lester from service. He managed to get the tear fixed and the mirror replaced on the same trip (which was a nice convenience for us as we live an hour away from the dealership). They also gave us a loaner vehicle for the day so we didn’t have to wait around at the dealership or be at the mercy of an Uber or Lyft. Other dealerships can learn a lot from this Lexus, they got it right!

Went to Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall with a limited budget to buy a used car. The price was on target and the 2014 Ford Escape Titanium had only 29,000 miles and was in pristine condition. I was given a fair Out-The-Door price without asking and the finance person did not even try to sell me the extras because the price of my purchase did not warrant it. I was honestly treated like I was buying a $60,000 New Lexus. Ask for Chris Valerio he was great and went through all the car features and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Chris and Lexus of Tucson for a stress free car buying experience. Not only did I get a amazing car, I was given a dozen roses as a gift from the dealership. When I buy my next new -or- used vehicle, it will be from Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall.
