Great people! I had my truck taken there with a couple of problems I just could not figure out. I called 3 different Ford dealerships for service on my car (all were booked out 4 days or more). I happen to work in Saginaw, so I figured I would try one in that area - I called the one in Birch Run and it turned out to be a great decision!!! Every person that worked there was so nice and they were quick! I took my car in Wednesday afternoon and had it back by Friday before they closed. The tech taking care of me was Donald and he was 10/10!! Donald! I will be back for any service issues I run into in the future. Thank you so much!
