2012 Buick Enclave Leather

Great place. I've only had normal wear and tear issues and if any work needed to be done they work well with you on getting it done in their shop. Everyone in the office is great and seem to always be In a good mood and always want to work with you. I'll definitely do business here again.

I bought a 2007 Ford Edge from them 2 weeks ago. The same day it started stalling and there was a burning smell. I called them and they told me to bring it right in. It ended up needing a whole new engine, which of course was a big disappointment, but they assured me they would replace it at no cost and they did. It took a week and it's been running fine since I got it back. Now my air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working. I called them and they are having me bring it in this week to look at it. My opinion so far is that the cars of course aren't perfect. That's pretty much what you have to expect with older used cars, but they seem like they stand by their product and are eager to make things right when something is wrong. I would say if you're in a position where you need to get a car from a buy here pay here place, M and L is a good option, and they seem willing to work with you.
