He didn’t sugar coat anything and was very upfront about warranties and pricing. This man definitely grows from criticism and has made any issue in the process a strength in the company so he can be a better salesman, owner, technician, and person. He supports businesses in the city (including the wife) and has a very comfortable room for a car place. He makes the whole process smooth and understandable because he truly cares.
