Had a great experience here. Bought a 2016 Chevy trax back in October 2023. The mileage was 93k. Got a Oil change and had no issues with it! Drove to Branson with no issues! They made me feel comfortable and did not put any pressure on me. Was desperate for a car after losing my previous one and they were very helpful and gave me a great deal. The owner was awesome to work with, very personable and easy to talk to. This was my first car buying experience. He made it very easy despite the horror stories I have heard of trying to buy a car for the first time. He walked me through the process and felt very trustworthy. After two months with my new Buick Lacrosse I am happy I got it from Job at Crown Autoplex. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car or a seamless car buying experience.
