My Lincoln MKT would act out and randomly not start. It did it on multiple occasions and the next day would start up. We took it to the dealership in our town 3-4 times. They replaced multiple parts and the car continued to have issues. We finally decide to take it to midland as we broke down right around the corner from the dealership. I unfortunately had to leave the next morning for my cruise. They kept in touch through email as requested and figured out exactly what it was. My car was there once and they figured it out. I will continue to drive an hour away to get my car worked on here. Much appreciated.

the service dept. scheduled me in with in 3 days of my call to fit in my schedule. the gentleman we very courteous and concerned with my comfort while waiting for the Corsair to be serviced. I have recommend this dealership to friends and will again.

Initally battery change was provided in timely matter. Discovered window malfunction persisted and returned for service whih was accomplished in 15 minutes or less. Great job Midland Ford
