2014 Buick Enclave Premium

By far the nicest people I have ever met! Nigel and his staff are amazing and really put the time and effort in for their clients. As a younger woman I often feel taken advantage of by auto repair shops. Northgate Imports made me feel at ease and gave me all of the information I needed and then some about my car. They are not only nice but also VERY REASONABLY PRICED, are AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO, efficient, and overall just an awesome FAMILY OWNED business that really cares about their craft and clients. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely always go to Northgate Imports from now on. 100% Recommend!

Just wanted to send a big thank you to Nigel and his crew. All the guys are dedicated, polite, funny and knowledgeable. A little over a month ago, my battery gave up the ghost while I was out grocery shopping. Northgate was still open and when I called, someone came out to the HyVee parking lot to jumpstart my car!! I made it back to the shop, where the replaced the very old battery with a new one. Many thanks again for being great guys!!

I really appreciate the prompt quality service provided. I have had my vehicle serviced a few times here, and each time, I've been satisfied. Imports are their specialty, and they know what they are doing. The estimates have always been accurate, and my vehicle returned in a timely fashion.
