Nancy coordinated valet service for my vehicle to have it picked up and dropped off. That is a big big deal for me as I’m a single dad with no family. My service advisor Tyler is very responsive and informative. I love the videos from the technician to tell you exactly what’s going on with your vehicle and the overall inspection is very informative and relieving. Makes me feel good that I know that my car is in good hands and I bought a CT 6V and this is really the first high-end car I’ve ever purchased, and I decided to treat myself so this Oversight and service surrounding my vehicle is very reassuring.
