My search for a Tacoma began years ago. Unfortunately, they were out of my price range, so I settled for a Ford. The Ford truck was sufficient for my family's needs but recently totaled. So I was on a quest to find another truck. My wife did a nationwide search for a red Tacoma and discovered one at Best Buy Auto Sales. This truck was impeccably clean, well kept, and emaculate inside and out. Price was decent with super low miles. She reached out to Tung Nguyen at Best Buy Auto Sales. He was more than receptive with good customer service. He did a video call walk around of the Tacoma as well as a video test drive of the vehicle. Tung said he could have the truck transported to Florida. So we commenced with the purchasing on February 3rd. Transporting the vehicle took longer than expected. Transport picked up truck on February 9th and delivered 10 days due to weather and other issues. Transportation company did not communicate as I would have liked, but they delivered the truck in good condition. Overall experience was good. Honest dealership. Bought a used Audi from Tung. There was no pressure to buy and he was respectful throughout the process. He really seems to care about selling good cars to people. I chose to pay for an independent inspection car prior to purchasing it. The inspector found a few smaller issues. Tung took a copy of the report and began fixing them before we spoke. I only received good vibes from Tung. Much better experience than mine at big dealerships. Also, I believe he took the shop over around 2022. Seems like he has changed the atmosphere at this lot.
