Just an amazing experience from a service department. From the time you pull your vehicle up to when you leave, just great communication from everyone there. Plus the waiting area is really fancy and a nice way to enjoy waiting while your vehicle is being serviced.
Just purchased a Lexus RX350 from Northtown. This 5 star review is based on the following. I sell cars. Im really good at it. I know the drill and dance. I went here to test drive a used ford Explorer with my wife. We drove it. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite and above all, no pressure. If you want the same experience ask for Michael Yoerg for your sales consultant.
