I originally contact Randy Wise inquiring about a used Grand Cherokee L they had on their lot. I went out to test drive the vehicle and instantly knew this particular one was not for me. Not only did he get me everything I wanted and more, he also got me into a brand new 2024 Grand Cherokee L at a price I was able to do. The entire team there was GREAT and I will not go anywhere else.
Jay Watkins was our service advisor when we took our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service on the 4 x 4 system. Not only was he able to get us in the next day but they repaired it by the close of the day AND unexpectedly completed a recall on it that I was trying for over two months to get completed at another location. He also squeezed in an oil change for us. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received that day! Thank you!
