This place deserves 6 stars out of 5.Bill and Sherry are wonderful people with lots of patience and they make you feel welcomed. Last year I came to NC with my wife for the first time and they took the time to explain every process ( I'm from the caribbean so lots of processes are new to us) and helped us get our first car here in the states. Love them and I recommend them a thousand times over to anyone looking for a fair, good and honest deal. Also they are hilarious.

They are beyond helpful, both husband and wife are wonderful people. They answered all my questions, had the patience to help while I dealt with my insurance company and even called me back the next day to tell me the car I had bought from them can take a different type of gas to save me money on a daily basis. They are the best and I wouldn’t want to buy no where else. I’ve gone to other dealers before and I have never had better service, Haynes Automotive truly cares about their customers.
