2012 Buick Enclave Leather AWD

Kathleen was AMAZING!!! I would give her 20 stars if I could. She showed me a Honda Odyssey about a month ago when I wasn't quite ready to buy yet after my car was totaled. She showed me my first van and I wasnt ready to commit without checking out a few others at different dealers. She kept in contact with me via phone and email just to check in. She wasn't pushy and didn't harass me in any way. When I was finally ready to make a decision she helped us find the perfect Odyssey for us. She knew I was very limited on time with 3 small children and a husband that was on nights the week I contacted her so she did everything she could beforehand to speed my buying experience along. She had the van I picked out pulled to the building and detailed before I showed up. She was outside inspecting and wiping it down herself to make sure it looked perfect when I pulled up. She had all of my paperwork ready so after the test drive we could get everything signed and sent to finance. Once done with finance she took me out to my new car and walked me through all the features and helped me connect my phone and program favorites. I had a tired 5 month old in tow and this woman even helped feed him a bottle so I could focus on the van. I felt very defeated during my journey to find a car until I made my way back to Kathleen. If your in the market for a car go see Kathleen! If your like me you read reviews not knowing if you should believe them or not but I am not getting anything to write this review but if Stokes Honda North wants to knock a payment or two off my brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey Touring I wouldn't be mad.

I have bought 4 cars from dealerships throughout the years. Each time was a stressful event with haggling and intimidation in order to get the best price available. This was truly the first time I've ever walked into a dealership and did not feel any stress to buy, and when I saw the initial numbers, there was no haggling required. It was straight forward and pleasant. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Francis, our consultant was top tier and friendly. He even came in early to help us test out some things in our car. The manager was friendly and straight-forward. The team from top to bottom was friendly and great. I 100% recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Despite the paper signing process took long (a little over 5 hours), Stokes Honda North were very flexible, helpful, and generous with pricing. Eli, our sales representative, was not pushy, rather, was patient in showing us cars that was inclined to our preferences and these cars’ features. He was easygoing and chill to do business with, making sure the process was expedited and problems that arose were solved. Truly, one can tell he is genuine and reliable. I look forward to good service still during the maintenance and warranty coverage of my car, hopefully. Honda is always a trustworthy and long-lasting brand, so I am satisfied with my purchase.
