2012 Buick Enclave Leather AWD

The Lord really provided for me through Eddie, when I was pulled off the road with my car shutting off on me! We were there for probably less than a minute, when someone was pulling over to help us, and it was Eddie!! He read my codes, setup a tow and they took it to his shop! It was a Sat. night. By Mon. he already knew what needed to be fixed to drive it again and wanted the ok to do it. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive fix! By Tues. night I had my wheels back! What a blessing how the Lord provides in so many ways... Thank you so much for helping me Eddie!

Eddie was hands down THE MOST ACCOMODATING person I have ever met in the auto industry. He went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to fix my car. My regular mechanic was on vacation so when I was referred to Cars R Us, I wasn't sure if I should just wait for my mechanic to get back in town. I AM 100% THRILLED that I chose Eddie, I will never go anywhere else local. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX MY EXHAUST, he went to get new wiper blades and took my car to get inspected. Within 24hrs I had a car that RUNS LIKE NEW (and silent:), INSPECTION, CLEANED MY ENGINE TO LOOK BRAND NEW, DEGREASED NY TIRES AND CAREFULLY washed every part! The BEST PART was the price, I wanted to cry, definitely an Angel sent from above! To top it off on a 90 degree day had it running with full A/C to make my experience PERFECT. I AM SO GRATEFUL to have met such an honest, thoughtful and AUTO PROFESSIONAL! Eddie, THANK YOU SINCERELY and referring all of my friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Eddie is GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!

Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle I was looking for from Eddie. Easy to work with and Steve took care of any issues / problems in a very timely manner. Will definitely continue doing business with cars r us in the future and have recommended them to family/friends.
