I bought a used car. It was in great conditions. It was clean and presented at best (surprisingly, not actually usual according to other dealers I visited before). Shane, the Sales Consultant, was attentive and kind, replying to all my questions with patience and clarity. The price was truly competitive compared to what I saw around in the last month, but what really made the difference in the experience was the professional yet caring attitude of Consultant and Manager.
