2017 Buick Enclave Premium AWD

UPDATE: I ran into a couple coincidental mechanical issues right after my purchase, I reached out to the dealership and within 24 hours they responded and took care of the concern immediately. Customer service above and beyond. ORIGINAL POST: I worked with Ryan in sales, and Chad in finance. After finding what I thought was the perfect truck, Ryan found me THE perfect Duramax/Allison truck. I put them through the ringer as far as what I required in a vehicle, what I required in financing, and what I wanted as far as warranty and payment. They hit the mark on everything, and when I made the 4 hour drive to the dealership, Ryan had the tank full, had the truck freshly detailed, and Chad informed me my monthly payment would be $40 LESS then we initially thought! Very pleasant surprises. These guys felt like seeing old friends when I got there, even though we had never met. I could not recommend the McGrath family of dealerships more, and we will be back to buy a newer car for my wife in the next year. ????

My husband drives truck, so we needed to be able to get everything done via email/text before my husband would set foot in the dealership. Dustin Austin went above and beyond to meet all our needs when buying our new Jeep. We were able to come to a mutually fair deal, and he communicated with me through the whole deal. And when it came time to go into the dealership to sign, everything was done as promised. I look forward to dealing with Dustin, and the whole McGrath team again in the future!
