I went in looking to trade in my vehicle for a bigger SUV I was kinda just driving around the area and drove into Rairdon, immediately I was approached by a gentleman very friendly I basically told him what I was looking for and he showed me the vehicle that I ended up buying they were all super friendly they even let me test drive the vehicle almost all day so I can get the feel of it and I ended up loving it, husband is a bit of a shark when it comes to deals at dealerships, hours later of back and fourth we finally came to an agreement and started the paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and made sure we left out that door completely happy with our purchase

This is my first experience having my Honda Pilot serviced at Rairdon’s Honda Sumner. My trunk was leaking water in the compartment. Shane was my advisor and he was very helpful and kind. I appreciated that he was in constant communication with me while my car was being fixed. He kept sending me updates and I felt like he went above and beyond to help me. For example, the rugs had to be replaced but the part is on back order. So he had the detail crew clean it as best as they could until they receive the part. He thought of my family because I have two kids that ride in the car often. He also helped me get a loaner to use because it took a week for my car to get fixed, which was very helpful to me because we needed a car. Thank you Shane and to the rest of the service team at Rairdon’s Honda Sumner. I had an incredible first time experience and I felt like they took their time to really help me out and to fix my car. I was very happy with the service and I have the confidence in them to continue to take my car for future services there. Thank you!
