I usually don't do too many reviews but I feel I needed to because of the great service! I purchased a Tucson last May. They offer free oil change and tire rotation for three years and actually come to my house to pick up and return the vehicle even though I'm 40 minutes away. They are very good at communicating throughout the whole process. The technician sent me a quick video discussing my vehicle even though everything was good. The service was done quickly and my car was back at my house in no time. I'd recommend Ciocca Hyundai to anybody! Love the Tucson!
Car shopping is usually a painful ordeal when dealing with pushy salesmen and a dealership that is subpar. We had none of that when we visited Hyundai of Williamsport.. our salesperson, Spencer Yeager was extremely knowledgeable on the car we were interested in purchasing. His knowledge and expertise helpe make the final decision to purchase the Ioniq5.
