2012 Honda CR-V

We came upon Jose and Sara's Auto sales by chance while shopping for my daughter's first vehicle. Jose has been great to work with and very attentive, we had a few hiccups but he was sure to fix everything and even personally delivered the vehicle once he was finished with the work. I appreciate his willingness to work with us and making sure my daughter is in a safe little truck she saved hard for.

I bought a Toyota Camry from Sara’s Auto Sales, and my experience had some ups and downs. Jose, my point of contact, ensured the initial purchase and registration went smoothly. However, a few days later, the check engine light and traction light came on. Jose asked me to bring in the car for a test drive, and after finding an issue with the emission sensor, he replaced it for free. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and I needed to leave the car at the dealership for repairs while I went on a trip to India. Jose assured me I could drive the car in the meantime, and he'd fix it while I was away, even offering to park it in my backyard when done. During my trip, Jose provided a temporary car because repairs took longer than expected, and he communicated with me about the status. When I returned, my car seemed fine after test drives, but shortly after, the power steering failed and the car overheated. Despite being late at night, Jose gave me another temporary car and worked to fix the issue. He ultimately changed mechanics and used new parts to resolve the problem. He returned my car with a full tank of gas, and since then, it has been running smoothly for four months. While the journey wasn't entirely smooth, Jose's dedication and quick response made all the difference. He provided multiple solutions, stayed in touch, and ensured I wasn't left without transportation. Despite the initial challenges, I would recommend Sara’s Auto Sales, especially for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Jose was very helpful, got my first car here and he was exceptional. Very through in making sure everything was setup well. Small shop but was well taken care of.
