2014 Honda CR-V AWD EX Auto

This dealership is phenomenal. I highly recommend!! They are professional, personable, and will do anything to help. They provided me rides (b/c I didn't have a vehicle), quickly responded to my phone calls, and were always in communication with me. In addition, they fixed everything I asked to be fixed before getting into my vehicle. Please do not bypass this dealership, or you will regret it. Thanks to everyone who played a role in selling and working on my vehicle. It did NOT go unnoticed. PS: After reading some of the negative reviews, I'm surprised that as a potential buyer that you don't inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing. Then you blame the dealership for not telling you everything that's wrong with the vehicle. I am not sure I quite understand how this is the dealership's fault??

I bought my Nissan Rogue from here, it was a great deal. During test drive I noticed the brakes didn’t sound right and when I told them they said no problem, we can fix that. I dropped it off and picked up next day to find they fixed even more than previously discussed. Very polite and organised!

Here is my honest review of this place. I saw the vehicle online and was quite interested. I called to see if they could negotiate the price as it was a little high even considering the market we are in. They said they could not go even a dollar lower but i liked the vehicle enough to put a deposit on it anyways. I flew down from Minnesota to purchase the vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful and i never once felt too pressured like alot of places ive been to. Paperwork didnt take long at all and I was on my way. The vehicle was given to me with a quarter tank of gas, would have liked it to be filled up but oh well. I drove the vehicle back to Minnesota with no major issues but once I got back i had it inspected and found it needed an additional $1500 worth of work. But as a general rule Im happy with my purchase. To conclude, the staff is very friendly and communicative, but there were a few small things that made me not give a 5 star review. I hope other people and the owners find this review helpful.
