Martin in the service Dept was great! I’m from out of town and needed to get my car fixed asap. Martin was able to work around my schedule, arrange a rental car and made the entire process so easy and smooth to be without a car for a day. All communication was clear and he was great about following up on stuff when he was unavailable to talk to. I was Leary to bring my car to a dealership for service but I had a really great experience at krenzen Nissan. Thank you Martin, for being a huge part of that.
