I wanted to remember this: George came to the rescue after I received a jaw-dropping quote from the dealership to fix the headliner on my convertible top. I managed to save well over $2,000 by taking my car to Royal Auto Tops instead of my local dealership. George's great service has won me over as a repeat customer, as I plan to go back to have the driver's seat stitched back together. I really appreciated George's personal and phenomenal service. My car dealership was unable to re-attach the glass that was separated from the canvas on my convertible top and they sent me to Royal Auto Tops in Dedham. In working with George, he not only beautifully repaired my top, but worked with my insurance company to have it covered in full. He told me he wasn’t sure whether it would be covered or not, but he was successful and I’m truly grateful. He has been available after hours for drop off and pick up and I cannot recommend Royal Auto Tops enough.

This place is incredible!!! I had a nagging issue with the top of my Jeep Wrangler that I kept putting off. I finally called George at Royal Auto Tops to get it looked at. He asked me to come down so he could take a look. I showed up, looked at the top of the Jeep, fixed it in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Incredible customer service as always.
