2012 Honda CR-V EX-L AUTO 4WD

I got into an accident (I was not at fault) and Chet's was willing to take on the insurance claim. They did a phenomenal job and even took it upon themselves to replace the approved of used parts for new parts instead! I mentioned needing an oil change and was not charged for the one I did receive. I think they felt sorry for me as it was my first accident and I was essentially clueless. I am very grateful as they were a beacon of light in an otherwise very dark and murky situation. Al was very patient and understanding with me helped me more than any auto company ever has.

These guys are wonderful. Two times now Al, and Don have helped us out by getting our truck in right away and fixing it. I’m incredibly grateful we live so close to Chet’s, and would absolutely recommend them .

I have been coming to Chet’s for the last year and half and have had a great experience! I have had some major issues come up with my (older)car and when I call they work hard to fit me in..at least to see what the problem is.Al goes above and beyond in dealing with the issues and trying his best to make the situation better. I appreciate it and the great customer service..it makes a difficult situation bearable!
